Steps to log in at Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana portal

• First you go to official portal and link is https://pmrpy.gov.in/
• Employers click ‘log in’ option at PMRPY portal home page
• Next you enter LIN or EPF code of establishment
• You also enter password

Note:

If you are use EPF code then pattern that you use is <Region Code> <Office Code><Establishment Code (seven digits)><Extension Code>. In case you do not know region and office code then you get it from establishment search option.

This option is at official EPFO site and from ‘home page’ you go to ‘our services – for employers’. Then you click ‘important links establishment search’. While to go to official site you click http://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/

Points to remember

In case establishment code is less than seven digits then you follow below example –

Example:

Establishment PF code number is AP/TEL/1235/A then you write it as APTEL000123500A. Whereas you write establishment with PF code number is AP/TEL/1235 so you write it like APTEL0001235000.

First time log in at PMRPY site

• When you log in for first time then you provide details such as bank account and National Industrial Classification Code or NIC – 2008
• You provide some more details and remember to enter details which have red asterisk (*) mark on them
• Then click ‘update’
• You also sign digitally for completing process
• And you remember that you click ‘sign PDF’ to sign digitally
• After successful digital signature you may even change details
• But for this you use ‘edit’ button
• Or to view these details you check ‘view PDF’

Things to know about PMRPY portal

Only if you are eligible then you can register for Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana plan scheme. There is also possibility for bulk registration while individual registration is also easy. Adding employees details at PMRPY portal

Employers add details of employees like name, name of father, date of birth. Other details that are part of this list are date of joining and Aadhaar details. Some of details that employers add are job and skill level (either semi – skilled or unskilled).

There is also one more option for digitally signing information of employees. However this will be applicable after you enter details of employees. Once these steps are over you click ‘approve member registrations’ tab. Thus entering details of employees completes.
